At Bugcat Capoo Store, we want you to be completely happy with your blue bug-cat goodies. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unused, and include all tags. Limited edition collectibles must be unopened to qualify for a return.
Contact Support
Email our support team with your order number and photos of the items. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items to prevent damage during transit. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it using a trackable mail service.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
